Here are some frequently asked questions:
- How do I order?
- When do I pay?
- What Do You Have?
- When and Where do I pick up my order?
- Who else sells at your market?
And here are some answers:
How do I order?
Each Sunday a list of available products is sent to all of our registered customers by e-mail and ordering through the market is enabled. Customers must place their order for the week no later than Tuesday at 9:00 AM. After 9 AM ordering is disabled until the next cycle. Orders must be placed here on our website. Ordering through this website is designed to reduce the amount of time it takes us to process orders as well as provide you with detailed information about our products. You may also add additional items in person when you come to pick up your order. Setting up an account is easy and requires only your contact information. No credit card is required.
When do I pay?
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa when you pick up your order. Because we may have to adjust your total (to account for unanounced items you decide to purchase or items that were unexpectedly unavailable), we do not accept advance payment on the website.
What Do You Have?
Over the course of the season we offer over 87 different items. Our market runs from mid-April through mid-December. Everything we offer is grown or produced right here at Berea Gardens. Other vendors and products at our market are all from Calhoun County.
When and Where do I pick up my order?
From 4 PM to 6 PM Wednesdays, customers can pick-up their produce at The Berea Gardens Center at Route 16 South and Milo Rd. (The old Minnora School.)
