Market today

Hi Friends,

At the market today we will have the whole vendor family here. I have some broccoli and cabbage to add to our table but come early if you can, it will sell out quickly.

Next week we will resume our Sunday emails and enable pre-ordering once again. Our projects have gone well; our roofs are secured for whatever weather comes this winter and the painting project on the gym is making progress. We hope to finish next week.

It’s Market Day….. 4 to 6 @ Berea Gardens. Hakurei turnips, baby beet greens, onions, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, fresh eggs and more. Come see Bob, Tom & Connie and Kenny for some really good food. Dan and the Circle S meat trailer will be here.

Just a reminder that the market is open today. Tom, Kenny and I will have plenty of fresh produce today and their will be some eggs, too. I have some tender Hakurei turnips, bundles of baby beet greens, plenty of onions and potatoes, with a bit of okra also. Lots of other stuff as well. Hope to see you.

Market News

Hello Friends,

From now and through the month of September we will not be taking online orders. We will still be doing our Wednesday market and will have lots of product on our table, but we have a number of building projects to work on and I need to place my focus there for a few weeks. Tom and Kenny will also continue to come and Melody and Dan will be returning September 7 to meet your other needs. I will be offering lots of potatoes, onions, peppers and some other odds and ends each week. We have already planted a lot of our fall crops and when we resume with our online ordering in October there will be our usual palette of cabbage, broccoli, kale, cauliflower, lettuce, beets, turnips and more. We intend to continue the market until Thanksgiving again this year. We look forward to your continued support and hope to see you on Wednesday’s.

A little twist this week

Hi Friends,

We have a little kink in our schedule this week due to some family business. The market will still take place, but I am not accepting pre-orders this week and Connie will be marketing some things we have off of the table on Wednesday. Tom and Kenny will be here and there will be lots of eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, some sweet corn and many other items. Please stop by and get some good, quality foods. We will be back to our normal operations with pre-ordering next week.

Tomatoes have ripened!

For those of you waiting for tomatoes, Lynnita picked a lot of them this morning. I won’t be taking orders for this week, but we will have plenty on the table when you come through Wednesday. All of them are grown without any pesticides from heirloom seed varieties.
